The business permit allows your company to engage in business, and is a requirement to open up a corporate banking account and more. • Contract of lease (if leased) or Certificate of Title/Tax Declaration of the property/building (if owned)
• A printed Google map of the business location (or sketch)
• The Occupancy Permit
• Community Tax Certificate (CTC or Cedula)
• Public Liability Insurance (for some businesses)
• Location or Zoning Clearance
• Fire Permit (FSIC)
• Sanitary Permit
